Important Information

We are aware of users experiencing issues with tracking some metrics from their Freshdesk products. Due to the way Freshdesk was engineered, our session recorders are blocked by the Freshdesk FAQ Portal. You will still be able to use most of our features, but session recording/replay and Heatmaps may not work.

Depending on your plan, Freshdesk offers integrated session replay feature.
